This week we learned about the books of Allah. Please review the following, along with last weeks material, with your child.
– Messengers are special prophets who received a book from Allah to teach us about Islam.
-Angel Jibraeel helped bring the books down to the messengers.
-Examples from class:
—–Prophet Musa got the Tawrah.
—–Prophet Ibrahim got the Suhuf Ibrahim
—–Prophet Dawud got the Zabur.
—–Prophet Isa got the Injil.
—–Prophet Muhammad S.A.W got the Quran.
-Today, we only read the Quran because it is the most accurate book. We don’t read the books from the other prophets because people have changed the words and meanings of it.
