Chapter 1
• The Quarn was the last book that Allah sent to people.
• Anjel Jibrael brought the Quran to Prophet Muhammad.
• The Quran is the word of Allah and the Hadeeth book has the teachings of our prophet.
• The Hadeeth book and the Quran are also called the Shinning Treasures.
• Two famous Hadeeth books are Saheeh Bukhari & Saheeh Muslim.
Chapter 2
• Before praying, Muslims do Wudoo.
• Wudoo is washing of the body to get ready for prayer.
• We start our Wudoo by making “Niyyah” or intention.
• Know the steps of wudoo. (ORAL QUESTION)
• Making wudoo is helping us to get rid of sins.
Chapter 3
• Muslims pray five times a day
• Muslims start their prayer with “Niyyah”.
• Salah is our connection with Allah.
• Sujood is when you are closest to Allah.
Chapter 4
• Khusboo is having a good attitude about prayer.
• Do not look around while praying.
• Do not laugh or make noises while praying.
• Do not move your hands and feet during Salah.
Chapter 5
• Sunnah is an optional prayer to help us gain more hasanat.
• After Salah, we do Thikr. Thikr is saving “Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, & Allahu Akbar” 33 times.
• Al – Kushi means the knower of counts and everything else.

Chapter 6
• Duaa means to ask Allah for something.
• Al-Mujeeb means the one who answers all.
• The best times to make Duaa are
1. After praying
2. During sujood
3. During rainfall
4. Laylatul qadr
• KNOW THE GREAT DUAA – Rabbana atina fiddunyah hasanah wa fil akhirati hasanah, wa qina athab an-nar.
Chapter 7
• Athan is the call for prayer.
• A mu’athin is a person who calls the Athan.
• A Minaret is a special tower of the masjid that is made for the Athan.
• The Iqamah is a fast and short call to prayer.
Chapter 8
• Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan.
• Suhoor is the meal that Muslims eat before Fajr.
• Iftar is the meal that we eat to break our fast.
• Salat-Al-Taraweeh is a prayer after Isha that we pray at the masjid during Ramadan.
