We discussed all the blessings of allah (5 senses). We also discussed specific ways to thank Allah ( prayer, respecting your parents). We sent home a worksheet with all the children. We discussed the letter "haa" and practiced tracing, writing, and pronunciation. We also learned the Arabic word for whale, which begins with "haa" which is "hoot." We made paper plate whales. At the end of class, we recited Surah fatiha.
