In class, we covered the letter Qaf. We practiced writing & pronouncing the letter, and also created a craft using stickers. We also recited surahs Fatiha and Ikhlaas in class.

In class, we practiced reading, writing the letter Faa. We learned Faa is for "Fil/Feel" (elephant) and made paper plate elephants. Please continue to practice writing the letters at home with your children. Please also send pencils/crayons or coloring pencils with students on weekly basis. JazakAllah khair.

In class we covered the letters raa and zaa. We practiced tracing, writing, and coloring the letters. We also learned the Arabic word for pomegranate, which is rumaan. We also practiced the vowels fatha, kasra, dhamma. Please practice these vowels with the children at home.
